- 02 Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Setup, migration and expert administration — email, Teams/Meet, SharePoint/Drive, licensing and security baselines. Migrations planned to avoid disruption (usually over a weekend).
- 03 Servers & virtualisation Windows Server and Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS) administration; Hyper-V and Xen/XCP-ng virtualisation including physical-to-virtual migrations.
- 04 Networks & Wi-Fi Office network design, installation and security — firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, structured cabling and rock-solid wireless coverage.
- 05 Security & identity MFA and SSO rollouts, phishing protection, endpoint security and identity lifecycle management — I'm an Okta Certified Administrator.
- 06 Backups & continuity Tested cloud and local backup strategies so a lost laptop, dead server or ransomware scare doesn't become a lost business.
How it works
No call centres, no ticket black holes. You deal directly with me — I learn your setup properly, document it, and answer when you call. Support can be ad-hoc (pay for what you use) or a simple monthly arrangement with monitoring included. Either way you get honest advice: if the cheap fix is good enough, that's what I'll recommend.
